Make sure to read and agree with the following TOS before requesting my services.
Upon payment of invoice, you automatically agree to the following terms.

tos

    general terms

unless a commercial usage agreement has been discussed, all commissions/adopts are for personal and private use only.

any association to nfts, to crypto and/or ai-generated art in general is strictly prohibited.

  001.  As the artist, I have the right to refuse any commission if I want.

  002.  Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice.
Unless stated otherwise, all payments are USD only. Unless a payment plan has been discussed beforehand - payments are still to be paid upfront before the completion of a portion.

  003.  No refunds are possible once I start your commission.
The status label in progress will be shown on your commission ticket on Trello once I've started working on it. If there's no in progress label yet on it, and if it wasn't an oversight on my part (sketch started (with proof) but I forgot to put the label), you still can ask for a full refund.
If we agreed on a payment plan, I will not refund the deposits for steps I've finished if you back out of the Payment Plan. If I, the artist, cancel a project for any reason, I will refund 100% of the payment made.

  last update - march 02 2024

  004.  I can take up to two (2) weeks to four (4) months for a commission depending on its type.
Though keep in mind it can take longer if I have a bigger queue. Other factors can also make it longer (personal/school/work life, health issues, etc). I will still keep you informed of any changes via Trello.

  005.  I post progress shots, speedpaints and all of my finished commissions on social media, in portfolios, and other related forms of marketing and advertisement. If you don't want to be credited as the commissioner, let me know beforehand.

  006.  You are allowed to repost the commissioned piece with the watermark and proper credits to your social media.

  007.  You can print the purchased artwork for your own personal use, provided it is not for profitable means.

  008.  As the artist, I retain copyright of the final artwork. I am allowed to post and use any commission as examples for my portfolio/future commissions.

    commission process

  001.  Upon filling out a commission form, you'll be contacted to confirm all details if your form has been accepted. If you wish to be on the next batch in the case you've not been accepted during the first one, please specify it in the appropriate field - I'll be prioritizing your request for the next batch. If you do not specify it or have another commission request (another type/character/idea, etc), you'll have to fill out the form again.

  002.  Keep in mind that I am a slow artist and that I'm not a full-time one. I like to take my time to offer the best product at the end of a project. I'll be sending WIPs every time I finish a step in my art process (typically - sketch / lineart / flats / details and/or renders). I may send more WIPs if I need clarifications on specific aspects of the project.

  003.  Reasonable deadlines can be discussed. An additional fee will be added to the commission price. Any deadline must be disclosed prior to payment. If there is too short of a time allowance, I have the right to decline your request.

  004.  Refer to the following table to know what I will and will not draw. You can look at my previous work to see what I lean to.

i will draw:i will not draw:
original charactersnsfw
humanoidsextreme gore
furries (anthro)complex armour/mecha
-hateful and/or harmful content

  005.  During the full process, you are allowed up to two (2) majors revisions during the sketching phase and one (1) major revision during the lineart phase once I send you a WIP for approval. Every time I send you a WIP, I'll ask for feedbacks for minor adjustments (and in the case of sketching and lineart phases, major revisions if there are). Major revisions after the lineart phase will cost extra.

  006.  The final product without watermarks and in high resolution will be sent through email (high-resolution PNG). A copy of it with watermarks will also be sent if you want to share it on your social medias (with proper credits). Larger commissions may be shared through an online drive link. It is the customer’s responsibility to download an offline copy for themselves to keep.

    about adopts

  001.         All adopts designs are for non-commercial, personal use only.

  002.     Gender, name, personality, background story, etc. of the adopt can be chosen by the customer.

  003.  Designs cannot be sold for more than the original paid price, unless they come with commissioned art (added to value).

  004.  Designs will be preferably transfered using Toyhouse, through a transfer of ownership so I can keep track of it. If you don't have a Toyhouse profile, you accept that your handle will appear on the design's profile (as the rightful owner) on Toyhouse and that you are responsible of letting me, the artist, know of any transfer of the design outside of Toyhouse.

  005.  As the artist, I retain full rights to all my artworks/original designs.

any violation of these tos will result in a permanent ban from future adopts and commissions, as well as the character design defaulting back to the original creator in case of an adopt.

a reminder that i will prioritize ychs and adopts from now on and that i'll limit commission slots and openings.

a commission opening will be communicated through social media.

People on the waitlist will be prioritized for the next openings.

The order form will stay open for a few days and will close after that.
I'll be contacting the people who i retain the form.

Make sure to read and agree with the following TOS as well as any other notes specific to the commission type you want to inquire.
